We Were Nominated for TWO Podcast Awards
July 24, 2007: Many of you already sent emails and placed blog posts before I even had a chance to write about this, but here it is: We were nominated for TWO Podcast Awards!!!
We were nominated in the Cultural/Arts category, which was amazing, but we were also nominated in the People’s Choice, which was…staggering!
When you look at the caliber of shows we nominated with - some of the most popular in the world - it’s literally unbelievable.
What can we say but THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! According to the people at The Podcast Awards, over 335,000 people submitted more than 6 million plus nominations. THAT MEANS YOU ALL REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR US!!! (And when I write in all caps like that, you know I REALLY mean it!).
You made this happen.
I could go on and on, but words can’t express the deep gratitude Michael and I feel for your nominations. You’ve really touched us today, and you’ve inspired us anew.

You sound surprised? you guys should know by now that this show is becoming a well oiled machine! Every week i look forward to listening to this brilliant show! I wish there could be two shows a week to fulfill my need for the Digital Photography Show! I love it! I love you guys, you produce an amazing show……Keep up the great work! I hope you win both awards!!!!

You scored so high for a reason. You have a great show and I commute (about an hour or so each way per day) and I love that you guys have an hour or more of info instead of having to jump throug 5 or 10 minute snippets as the other sites have. Great guests and valuable info. Excellent work.
