Will last me a good while despite whatever is coming (and you can be sure it will be a 5D+ with 40D features, so if you don't need things like a larger LCD, live view and the cross-focus system, this is a great buy). Personally I'm looking forward to buying myself a 40D...perhaps in the spring. I still haven't had the chance to play with one, but I've heard you guys on the DPS talking it up a couple times. I have a 20D, but I imagine the resale value on those has fallen through the floor by now. Why not a 5D mark IIs?
